Long and short, a Whisper Listing™ precedes the “coming soon” status associated with a house before it becomes available for sale. It’s called a “Whisper Listing™” because we send “whispers” into the community that your property will be for sale, but isn’t just yet. With a Whisper Listing™, we allow for a comfortable experience preparing the house for sale and through various levels of “pre-marketing” we build up momentum so that when you’re house is ready for showings, we hit the ground running!

The difference between a "Whisper Listing™" and a "Pocket Listing" is that the latter is marketed agent to agent, broker to broker, so the listing doesn't get the exposure a Seller truly deserves. A "Whisper Listing™" is presented to both agents and prospective Buyers directly.
